If you don’t meet the minimum capital requirement of IDR 50,000,000, you can still establish a business in Indonesia — but not as a PT PMDN.
As an alternative, you can set up one of the following business structures:
- CV (Commanditaire Vennootschap)
- UD (Usaha Dagang)
These structures have lower capital requirements and are suitable for small businesses or early-stage entrepreneurs.
