Visa Refund You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order before we upload your data to the immigration system. However, once your application has been uploaded to immigration, a refund is no longer possible. Immigration does not refund visa fees once an application has been processed or issued, and therefore, we are unable to refund in this case. Extension If you already purchased extensions and they remain unused (because you leave Indonesia earlier), we can refund the extension fee as long as you notify us early enough (before the extension process has started). If we already started the extension process, no refund is possible anymore.
Payment is required before we can give you access to the application form and before we can submit your visa application to Immigration. This is because the visa fee must be paid at the moment of submission. Payment options You can pay directly at checkout using: - Debit card - Credit card - Apple Pay / Google Pay - Crypto payments - Bank transfer Bank transfers Bank transfers may take a few days to appear in our account. To speed up the process, you can send us a payment receipt or screenshot, and we will begin processing your application immediately.

If you don’t meet the minimum capital requirement of IDR 50,000,000, you can still establish a business in Indonesia — but not as a PT PMDN. As an alternative, you can set up one of the following business structures: - CV (Commanditaire Vennootschap) - UD (Usaha Dagang) These structures have lower capital requirements and are suitable for small businesses or early-stage entrepreneurs. If you are unsure which option fits your business, please contact us. We are happy to advise you on the right structure for your situation.

No. A PT PMDN (locally owned company) cannot hire foreign workers. Indonesian law only allows companies with foreign ownership to employ foreign staff.
