Documents in English do not require translation. Documents in any other language may need translation if requested by Immigration.
To apply for the C7A Music Performer Visa, you must provide the following documents to your Indonesian sponsor:
Documents from the performer (you):
- Passport ID page (color scan; min. 6 months validity)
- Passport photo (white/light background; selfie accepted if clear)
- Bank statement (last 3 months) showing at least USD 2,000
- Performer cooperation contract with the event organizer (show dates + arrangements)
Documents from the Indonesian sponsor:
- Guarantee letter
- Visa application letter
- Cooperation contract confirming the event
The sponsor must be an Indonesian entertainment company, promoter, or event organizer.
