Documents in English do not require translation. Documents in any other language may need translation if requested by Immigration. Yes, but you should prepare documentation, especially for anything beyond basic over-the-counter medicine. Bring your medication in its original packaging along with a doctor's letter (stating your name, diagnosis, medication names, dosage, and treatment duration, ideally on official letterhead). Regular prescriptions are generally fine for up to a 90-day supply; psychotropic medications (including some ADHD, anti-anxiety and antidepressant medication) are limited to a 60-day supply and may need extra documentation; narcotics and certain strong painkillers are heavily restricted or prohibited without special pre-approval. Declare your medication on the Arrival Card / at customs rather than risk being found with undeclared medicine — Indonesia enforces its drug laws strictly. If you take a controlled or less common medication, we recommend checking with the Indonesian embassy in your country before you travel. (This is general information, not medical or legal advice.)
If you stay within the international transit area and don't pass through Indonesian immigration, you generally don't need to complete the Arrival Card. But if your transit requires you to clear immigration — for example, a terminal change at Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta Airport, an overnight layover, or a stop where you must collect and re-check your luggage — you're considered to be entering the country and must complete the Arrival Card, just like any other arriving traveler. If you're unsure whether your specific connection requires clearing immigration, check with your airline.

If entry is denied for reasons unrelated to your visa, we usually cannot offer a refund. Common issues include: - Passport validity of less than 6 months - No empty passport page - Missing return or onward ticket - Blacklisted If an airline denies boarding due to unclear passport requirements, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you and clarify the situation with the airline.
If your visa application is rejected due to a mistake on our side, we will either re-submit the application at our own expense or provide a refund if you prefer. If the rejection occurs because you are blacklisted due to previous violations of Indonesian laws, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund. So far, we have not experienced any blacklist cases, and applications are typically approved as long as all requirements are met.
Visa Refund You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order before we upload your data to the immigration system. However, once your application has been uploaded to immigration, a refund is no longer possible. Immigration does not refund visa fees once an application has been processed or issued, and therefore, we are unable to refund in this case. Extension If you already purchased extensions and they remain unused (because you leave Indonesia earlier), we can refund the extension fee as long as you notify us early enough (before the extension process has started). If we already started the extension process, no refund is possible anymore.
Yes, but only under specific conditions. You may work at multiple events as long as all events take place within your visa validity periodand are fully covered by your original Indonesian sponsor and contract. If you want to work at additional events not included in your initial contract, you will need: - a new or updated sponsor, and - a new visa application. The C7B visa does not allow you to work independently or accept additional gigs outside your approved scope.

No, the B211A visa no longer exists in its previous form. Indonesian Immigration has restructured the visa system and divided the former B211A category into several specific visa types, each dedicated to one clear purpose. Instead of one visa covering multiple visit reasons, there are now separate visa categories, such as: - C1 – Tourism - C2 – Business - C6 – Volunteering / social activities - ... If you previously applied for the B211A visa, you now need to choose the visa that matches your exact visit purpose. This change helps Immigration clearly identify the reason for your stay and simplifies the processing. If you're unsure which visa you need, feel free to contact us — we’ll help you choose the correct one.
