Yes. As an Investor KITAS holder, you are allowed to promote and advertise your business on social media. This is considered non-operational activity, which is permitted under the Investor KITAS.
You may:
- promote your company or services,
- appear in marketing content as the business owner,
- create content about your business on social platforms.
However, you must not perform operational or day-to-day work that would normally require a Work KITAS. If you are unsure whether your planned activities fall under “promotion” or “work”, feel free to ask us.
