Dependent children of a foreign national who holds a KITAS are generally eligible to receive their own residence permit, commonly referred to as a Dependent KITAS or KITAS Anak.
A Dependent KITAS for children:
- allows legal residence in Indonesia,
- is typically valid for the same duration as the parent’s KITAS, and
- does not permit any work or employment.
