Applicants need an employment contract with a company, NGO, or institution registered outside Indonesia with 60,000 USD annual income or equivalent in a different currency. It's also possible to get the Remote Work Visa if you are self-employed, as long as you meet all requirements. All requirements are: - Color copy of passport ID page - Passport photo/profile picture - Personal Bank Statement of the past 3 months with a minimum USD 2000 balance - Proof of annual salary/income of USD 60,000 (net) or equivalent in another currency - Employment contract with a company located outside the Indonesian Territory - Curriculum Vitae (supporting document)
Once your visa is approved, you have 90 days to enter Indonesia. This means you should not apply earlier than 90 days before your arrival date. Example: If you plan to visit Bali in mid-April, you should not apply before mid- or late January. Please also consider the processing time for your visa type so we can issue your visa on time. If you are unsure about the best moment to apply, feel free to contact us. Depending on availability, we can also process some visa types faster.
If entry is denied for reasons unrelated to your visa, we usually cannot offer a refund. Common issues include: - Passport validity of less than 6 months - No empty passport page - Missing return or onward ticket - Blacklisted If an airline denies boarding due to unclear passport requirements, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you and clarify the situation with the airline.
If your visa application is rejected due to a mistake on our side, we will either re-submit the application at our own expense or provide a refund if you prefer. If the rejection occurs because you are blacklisted due to previous violations of Indonesian laws, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund. So far, we have not experienced any blacklist cases, and applications are typically approved as long as all requirements are met.
Visa Refund You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order before we upload your data to the immigration system. However, once your application has been uploaded to immigration, a refund is no longer possible. Immigration does not refund visa fees once an application has been processed or issued, and therefore, we are unable to refund in this case. Extension If you already purchased extensions and they remain unused (because you leave Indonesia earlier), we can refund the extension fee as long as you notify us early enough (before the extension process has started). If we already started the extension process, no refund is possible anymore.

If your visa has already expired, you must expect to pay an overstay fine of 1,000,000 IDR per person per day. The fine must be paid in cash at the airport or at the Immigration Office when you leave Indonesia. It's important to plan a bit of extra time for the payment process. Longer overstays can lead to more serious consequences, such as: - Complications with future visa applications - Deportation - Entry bans What should you do now? ✔ 1. If your visa type can still be extended Start the extension process immediately. Whether an extension is still possible depends on your visa type and how long you have overstayed. ✔ 2. If an extension is not possible Leave Indonesia as soon as possible to minimize the overstay fine and avoid further consequences. Important: The longer you remain in Indonesia without a valid visa, the higher the risk of: - increased fines - administrative issues - immigration investigations If you are unsure whether your visa can still be extended, contact us, and we will assess your options.
