Don't delete it: once removed, the eSIM can't be re-downloaded or reinstalled – a second download simply isn't possible. This means that you need to purchase a new eSIM, as eSIMs are not refundable. If the connection doesn't work right away, it's usually because your phone hasn't reached the Indonesian network yet, the eSIM isn't set as the active data line, or data roaming is not turned on - not because it's broken. Please contact us if your eSIM is not working, and we'll help you. If it has already been deleted, you'll need to purchase a new eSIM.

Unfortunately, eSIMs are not refundable.
You can install the eSIM before your trip, but it will only connect once you are in Indonesia. This means you can’t test the connection abroad — but you will be online immediately after landing, as soon as your phone connects to an Indonesian network.
If you delete your eSIM or reset your phone, the eSIM cannot be restored. Each eSIM can only be installed once, and once removed, it becomes invalid. To continue using mobile data, you will need to purchase a new eSIM.
It depends on how you'll use your phone. As a rough guide: - 5 GB suits light use over about 1-2 weeks (maps, messaging, some social media); - 12–20 GB suits a 2–4 week trip with regular social media, video calls and browsing; - 30–50 GB suits longer stays, hotspot use, or heavy streaming and video calls. You can always buy a new eSIM if you run out of data.
Yes. An eSIM runs alongside your physical SIM card, so you can keep your home number active for calls and SMS while using the eSIM for mobile data in Indonesia. Turn off data roaming on your home SIM and set the eSIM as your active data line to avoid roaming charges. Please note that there are fees for SMS or phone calls with your home SIM.
No. With this eSIM you don't need to register your IMEI or phone at the airport. It works seamlessly on the Indonesian network as soon as you activate it – no local registration, no extra paperwork.
No. Each eSIM can only be installed once and becomes permanently linked to the first device on which it is activated. It cannot be removed, reinstalled, or transferred to another phone, tablet, or device afterward. If you switch devices, you will need to purchase a new eSIM.
You can activate your eSIM anytime after purchase. Your validity period starts only once your phone connects to an Indonesian mobile network, not when you install or scan the QR code. Important: You must activate your eSIM within 2 months of purchase. If you do not activate it within this period, the eSIM will expire and cannot be refunded or reused.
