Don't delete it: once removed, the eSIM can't be re-downloaded or reinstalled – a second download simply isn't possible. This means that you need to purchase a new eSIM, as eSIMs are not refundable.
If the connection doesn't work right away, it's usually because your phone hasn't reached the Indonesian network yet, the eSIM isn't set as the active data line, or data roaming is not turned on - not because it's broken.
Please contact us if your eSIM is not working, and we'll help you. If it has already been deleted, you'll need to purchase a new eSIM.
