To apply for the D12 Pre-Investment Visa (Multiple-Entry), you must submit the following documents:
1. Color copy of your passport ID page
- A clear color scan of the passport ID page is required.
- The passport must be valid for at least:
- 18 months for the 1-year D12 visa
- 30 months for the 2-year D12 visa
- A proper scan is recommended. If you use a photo, ensure it is sharp, glare-free, and all corners and details are visible.
2. Passport Photo / Profile Photo
- Face the camera directly.
- Wear formal or neat clothing.
- Background must be white or light-colored.
- A selfie is accepted if the resolution is high and your face is centered and fully visible.
3. Personal Bank Statement (last 3 months) – minimum balance USD 5,000
- The bank statement must clearly show:
- Your full name
- Transaction history for the last 3 months
- A minimum balance of USD 5,000 (or equivalent in another currency)
- PDF or scanned statements from online banking are accepted if all details are visible.
