You submit your details and documents through us, we check everything for completeness and correctness, and once your payment is confirmed we submit your case to the immigration office.
From there, we'll give you a specific appointment time — you'll need to visit the immigration office in person with your passport for a photo and fingerprints. After that, we monitor the process until your new ITK (stay permit) is issued, and let you know as soon as it's ready.
