No. The C12 visa permits pre-investment activities only, such as surveys and feasibility studies.
It does not allow:
- paid work
- operational business activities
- managing employees
- providing services to clients
If you want to work, run operations, or be employed in Indonesia, you must apply for:
- a Work KITAS, or
- establish a PMA company and apply for an Investor or Work KITAS.
Touristic activities are permitted, but work is not.
