Can I apply for the Remote Work KITAS from outside or inside Indonesia (offshore/onshore)?

Both are possible.

It's easier and cheaper to apply from outside of Indonesia, but it's also possible to convert (for example, your C1 visa or even Visa on Arrival) to the Remote Work KITAS.
