Yes. Family/Spouse KITAS holders are allowed to leave and re-enter Indonesia, but only if they have a valid MERP (Multiple Exit and Re-entry Permit).
Important:
- Without a MERP, your KITAS becomes invalid the moment you leave Indonesia.
- MERP is often issued together with the KITAS, but you should always double-check its validity dates.
- You must re-enter Indonesia before your KITAS (and MERP) expires.
If your MERP has expired or was never issued, you must obtain a new MERP before traveling, otherwise your KITAS cannot be used for re-entry.
