If entry is denied for reasons unrelated to your visa, we usually cannot offer a refund. Common issues include: - Passport validity of less than 6 months - No empty passport page - Missing return or onward ticket - Blacklisted If an airline denies boarding due to unclear passport requirements, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you and clarify the situation with the airline.
You can enter as often as you like while your visa is valid. Each entry starts a new 60-day stay. If you want to stay longer, you can extend each stay twice by 60 days each, for a maximum of 180 days per stay.
If your visa application is rejected due to a mistake on our side, we will either re-submit the application at our own expense or provide a refund if you prefer. If the rejection occurs because you are blacklisted due to previous violations of Indonesian laws, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund. So far, we have not experienced any blacklist cases, and applications are typically approved as long as all requirements are met.
Visa Refund You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order before we upload your data to the immigration system. However, once your application has been uploaded to immigration, a refund is no longer possible. Immigration does not refund visa fees once an application has been processed or issued, and therefore, we are unable to refund in this case. Extension If you already purchased extensions and they remain unused (because you leave Indonesia earlier), we can refund the extension fee as long as you notify us early enough (before the extension process has started). If we already started the extension process, no refund is possible anymore.
Payment is required before we can give you access to the application form and before we can submit your visa application to Immigration. This is because the visa fee must be paid at the moment of submission. Payment options You can pay directly at checkout using: - Debit card - Credit card - Apple Pay / Google Pay - Crypto payments - Bank transfer Bank transfers Bank transfers may take a few days to appear in our account. To speed up the process, you can send us a payment receipt or screenshot, and we will begin processing your application immediately.
For the D1 Multiple-Entry Visa application, we require the following documents: 1. Color copy of your passport ID page Your passport must be valid for at least: - 18 months (for the 1-year visa), or - 30 months (for the 2-year visa) from the date of first entry into Indonesia. A proper scan is recommended, but a good photo is fine as well. If you take a photo, ensure: - all corners are visible - no fingers cover the page - all text is readable 2. Passport photo / profile picture Requirements: - facing straight toward the camera - formal clothing - white or light-colored background - selfie allowed (high resolution, facing straight into the camera) We will contact you if corrections or higher-quality documents are needed.
The D1 visa pays off if you travel to Indonesia several times a year. You apply only once instead of buying a new visa before every trip. - D1: best for multiple trips within 1, 2 or 5 years, with up to 60 days per entry (extendable up to 180 days). - C1: best for a single trip of up to 180 days (visa is valid for 60 days with the option to extend twice up to 180 days). - eVOA: best for a single trip of up to 60 days (visa is valid for 30 days with the option to extend for additional 30 days). Rule of thumb: from around two trips per year, the D1 is usually cheaper and more convenient. Not sure? Send us a message.
