Visa Refund You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order before we upload your data to the immigration system. However, once your application has been uploaded to immigration, a refund is no longer possible. Immigration does not refund visa fees once an application has been processed or issued, and therefore, we are unable to refund in this case. Extension If you already purchased extensions and they remain unused (because you leave Indonesia earlier), we can refund the extension fee as long as you notify us early enough (before the extension process has started). If we already started the extension process, no refund is possible anymore.
Payment is required before we can give you access to the application form and before we can submit your visa application to Immigration. This is because the visa fee must be paid at the moment of submission. Payment options You can pay directly at checkout using: - Debit card - Credit card - Apple Pay / Google Pay - Crypto payments - Bank transfer Bank transfers Bank transfers may take a few days to appear in our account. To speed up the process, you can send us a payment receipt or screenshot, and we will begin processing your application immediately.
Yes. You can start the Retirement KITAS application from anywhere in the world — whether you are inside Indonesia or outside the country. The entire application process is handled online, and we will submit all required documents directly to Immigration on your behalf. Once the visa is approved, you will receive your e-Visa by email and can enter Indonesia to activate your Retirement KITAS.
No. The Retirement KITAS and Retirement KITAP are multiple-entry permits, meaning you can enter and leave Indonesia as often as you want during the validity period. Your KITAS/KITAP will not expire automatically just because you travel abroad. It only expires on its official end date, unless cancelled intentionally (e.g., through an EPO).
No. The Retirement KITAS can currently only be issued for 1 year at a time. However, it can be extended annually up to 5 times, giving you a total of up to 6 years of continuous stay in Indonesia. After these extensions, you may be eligible to apply for a Retirement KITAP (permanent stay permit), depending on the regulations in place.
The minimum age to apply for a Retirement KITAS in Indonesia is 55 years old. Applicants must be at least 55 at the time of submission in order to qualify.
Yes, in some cases it is possible — but it depends on the visa type and immigration approval. Changing your immigration status while in Indonesia requires following specific procedures, and not all visas can be converted internally. Because immigration rules can change and approval is case-by-case, each status change must be assessed individually. We recommend contacting us before making any changes to ensure compliance and avoid unnecessary exit requirements.
Normally, you do not need to leave your passport at the Immigration Office. You bring it to your appointment and take it back immediately. But if your passport is temporarily at Immigration for any reason, you can still move freely within Bali without any issues. For safety, we recommend carrying: - a printed copy of your passport, or - a digital scan/photo of your passport on your smartphone This is usually sufficient for identification if needed.
