If you left Indonesia without completing the EPO (Exit Permit Only) process, your KITAS remains open in the immigration system, and your exit is not properly registered. To correct this, you must apply for a MERP (Multiple Exit and Re-entry Permit). This allows immigration to formally close your previous KITAS and restore your legal status.
