No. Your Visa on Arrival ends as soon as you leave Indonesia, and with it any extension that is still in progress. Once the process has started, we can't refund the extension. So only book the extension if you'll stay in Indonesia beyond your current expiry date.

The required passport validity depends on your visa type and your situation. You can find the exact requirement in the “Requirements” section of each visa type. Standard Tourist Visas Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months on the date of your arrival in Indonesia. This 6-month validity is also required when applying for a visa extension. Long-term visas (1 year or more) For visas with a longer validity period, Immigration may require 18 months or more of passport validity. Replacement or Temporary Travel Documents If you enter Indonesia with a replacement travel document, you must have: - 12 months passport validity, and - a valid residence permit at the time of entry. Summary - 6 months → eVOA, C1, C6, ... & extensions - 12 months → entry with replacement/temporary travel document - 18+ months → long-term visas (1 year+) If your passport is close to expiring, it’s strongly recommended to renew it before applying.
Processing usually takes 7–10 working days, sometimes faster, sometimes a little longer. You're not at risk of overstaying: as soon as we have paid the extension fee to Immigration, you're on the safe side. Your appointment at Immigration or the delivery of your extended stay permit may even take place after your original visa has expired. That's no problem.
Visa Refund You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order before we upload your data to the immigration system. However, once your application has been uploaded to immigration, a refund is no longer possible. Immigration does not refund visa fees once an application has been processed or issued, and therefore, we are unable to refund in this case. Extension If you already purchased extensions and they remain unused (because you leave Indonesia earlier), we can refund the extension fee as long as you notify us early enough (before the extension process has started). If we already started the extension process, no refund is possible anymore.
Payment is required before we can give you access to the application form and before we can submit your visa application to Immigration. This is because the visa fee must be paid at the moment of submission. Payment options You can pay directly at checkout using: - Debit card - Credit card - Apple Pay / Google Pay - Crypto payments - Bank transfer Bank transfers Bank transfers may take a few days to appear in our account. To speed up the process, you can send us a payment receipt or screenshot, and we will begin processing your application immediately.

Since June 2025, the online extension system has been discontinued entirely. This means the extension cannot “fail,” because there is no online extension anymore. For all visa extensions, Immigration now requires: - one (1) mandatory in-person visit to the local Immigration Office - for photo, fingerprints, and data verification All other steps of the extension are done online by us or through the official system.
