You must complete the All Indonesia Arrival Card no earlier than 72 hours before your arrival in Indonesia. You can fill it out yourself online, or you can choose it as an add-on when ordering your visa through us.
The Arrival Card is not a visa and does not grant entry into Indonesia. Travelers must also obtain a visa separately, as both documents are mandatory for entry.
Additionally, the Arrival Card allows one main traveler to include companions under a single QR code, simplifying the entry process for groups.
If you select the Arrival Card add-on in the checkout, we will handle everything for you and send you the QR code on time before your arrival, so you don’t have to complete the form yourself.
The Arrival Card itself is free, but we charge a small service fee if you want us to prepare it for you. If you book the service with us, you will receive your Arrival Card about 2 days before your arrival in Indonesia.
